SIG is an IT management advisory firm based in Amsterdam and active in the EU and the USA. SIG performs in-depth technical analysis of software systems and translates the findings to actionable recommendations for management. It was founded in 2000 and has expanded into a medium-sized organization employing academically schooled consultants. SIG counts among its customers many large organizations in the Netherlands and beyond, including banks, central government agencies and ministries, multi-national organizations, and IT product suppliers. The services and products of SIG have been awarded with innovation awards from the Dutch government and from the Dutch association of IT companies. SIG works closely with international academic and industrial research organizations.
